Mr. Henry N. Portner, J.D., L.L.M. (Taxation) is a distinguished Attorney based in Wellington, Florida. He is also the Partner in Charge of the law firm Equine Legal Resources based in Palm Beach County, Florida and with that he is the Managing Partner of Attorney Advocates of America. He earned his Juries Doctor (J.D.) and Masters of Law (L.L.M.) from Temple University School of Law in Taxation. Mr. Portner did his major in Political Science with a Minor in Business/Accounting as a part of his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
