Mr. Henry N. Portner, J.D., L.L.M. (Taxation) is a distinguished Attorney based in Wellington, Florida. He is also the Partner in Charge of the law firm Equine Legal Resources based in Palm Beach County, Florida and with that he is the Managing Partner of Attorney Advocates of America. He earned his Juries Doctor (J.D.) and Masters of Law (L.L.M.) from Temple University School of Law in Taxation.
